Cancellation Policy

Return Policy 1. Return & Cancellation Policy - Starter Kits: All physical Starter Kits included with tuition are distributed in person on the first day of class. - Cancellations 48+ Hours Prior: Students may cancel or reschedule online up to 48 hours before the class start time to receive a full 100% refund. - Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Self-service cancellations are disabled within 48 hours of class. Cancellations requested within this 48-hour window will automatically notify management. Steve will contact you directly to discuss arrangements. Within this window, 50% of tuition is non-refundable, and a 50% refund will be issued. 2. Intellectual Property & Course Materials All curriculum, recipe books, instructional guides, and media provided by Spirits of the West Bartending School are protected by copyright and remain our exclusive intellectual property. Enrolled students receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only. You expressly agree not to copy, duplicate, reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, or resell any course materials without prior written consent. 3. Media, Photo & Video Release By registering and checking the media agreement box, you grant Spirits of the West Bartending School permission to capture, edit, publish, and distribute photos, video footage, and testimonials taken during class. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, website, and educational purposes without compensation or prior approval. 4. Privacy Policy Personal information collected during registration is kept confidential and used solely to deliver our educational services. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. 5. Terms of Service & Liability Release You agree to waive all claims against, and release from liability, Spirits of the West Bartending School and its officers, employees, and instructors for any personal injury, property damage, expense, or loss sustained during participation, including claims arising from negligence or statutory duty breaches.
